- Use only the permitted file. Only three fictional documents may be used: the order (D1, 2 September 2026) and two emails (D2, 4 September 2026; D3, 15 September 2026). Nothing else enters the instruction.
- Instruction with limits. The instruction asks for a chronology from D1–D3 only, with event date, document date, statement, source location and status. It keeps requests apart from confirmations, allows NO SOURCE and adds no law, authorities, findings or deadlines.
- Every row tied to its source. Four supported rows, each tied to a document, page and paragraph. Orion’s report of the delivery is attributed as its account, not independently verified.
- Unsupported lines are stopped. “Vale breached a binding delivery deadline.” has no source: D1 makes the date subject to written confirmation and D2 defers it. The line is logged as rejected and excluded from the chronology.
- A qualified person reviews. The review card: every row has a real document, page and paragraph, the two dates stay apart, reports are attributed, unsupported lines are excluded, and a qualified person reviews the chronology before anyone relies on it.
